By using this web site, you acknowledge that you have read, understand

our Return and Exchange Policy, and you agree to comply with all

Hints is proud to offer all our customers the finest quality merchandise and customer service. If you are not pleased with your purchase, please return the unused item in its original packaging within 10 business days after being received. All returns must have a RA# (return authorization) before returning any merchandise. This RA# will be assigned to you by store personnel when calling the store. This RA# must be placed on the outside of the return box. All boxes without a RA# will not be accepted. No refunds – Web credit only: When returned item is received and meets our return/exchange policy, customer will receive a Hint’s Web credit only. This may be used to shop on www.shophints.com only. No Web merchandise can be returned inside store. Orders- All orders placed before 4:00 pm est. by phone or online will ship same day if inventory is in stock. All merchandise will be shipped ground free of charge unless special shipping is requested by customer. Customer will then incur any shipping charge. We only ship to a physical address, no P.O. Boxes (no exceptions). We require a signature for all deliveries- no exceptions.
All sales merchandise are final with no exchange. Prices that you see on shophints.com are exclusive prices for customers that place orders on shophints.com. These prices are not reflective of the prices in our store. No exchanges or returns on the following items:
